Pastor Bill was saved on Mother's Day at Word of Life.  In April of 1983, he accepted the call to pastor right here at Word of Life and has pastored for more than 40 years. His heart is to see the body grow into their God given abilities as they the "saints" are equipped for their work of ministry.  Bill is truly a father in this house of worship.  Bill and his wife Beverly plan over the next 10 years to see 3 churches panted from Word of life as well as raising up the next generation of leaders for this church as they leave a legacy and a ministry prepared for the future God has for Word of Life, Bentonville.  

Pastor Miguel is originally from Central Mexico where he helped plant or start several churches still thriving today. His continued oversight and development of these churches makes him a great part of the Word of Life team.  "Palabra de Vida," translated from Word of Life is working to reach Bentonville and the surrounding areas through small group development and additional church launches. Pastor Miguel's heart for the Latin American community is the driving force behind his work as he links arms with other local churches in unity to impact Northwest Arkansas with the gospel message of Jesus Christ. 

Pastor Tim is a graduate of Atlanta School of ministry and originally came to Word of Life as the youth/students pastor. He is married to Kelsey and they have two amazing twins; one boy and one girl.  Tim's ability as a administrator quickly came to light and was later placed in a role as Associate Pastor fulfilling his God given gift to organize and administrate.  You will find him continually dreaming and planning for the future.  One of his greatest gifts is the ability to carry out the mission presented to him.  

Pastor Jeff has been with Word of Life since 2009 where he has served as youth pastor, school of ministry director, church planter, media pastor and now young adults pastor.  He is married to Vanessa now for 22 years and they have three beautiful daughters. You will most likely find Pastor Jeff carrying out multiple tasks at once but if you catch him away from his desk where he is managing websites, working in graphic design and planning the next young adults service; you will find him in one of our auditoriums enjoying time in the presence of God.  His heart is to see the up and coming generation engaged in their place in the church and experience  daily a move of God in their lives. 

Pastor Terry is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, raised in a pastor’s home.  He comes to us with years of ministry & music production experience. He is deeply passionate about studying and teaching the Word of God. He loves to experience the presence of God and release revelation that comes from time in the Word. He and his wife Gretchen enjoy leading worship together. You will find them both on the platform  Sunday mornings leading the congregation into the presence of God. You will also find Pastor Terry teaching and leading the congregation alongside the other pastoral staff.

Brittany comes to us as a graduate from Atlanta School of Ministry. She originally came to Word of Life to participate in our intern program and we quickly saw her great gifting and definite call to children's ministry. She was ordained in the Spring of 2023 and has elevated Word of Life's children's ministry to a place where YOUR kids will grow in the knowledge and understanding of God working in them. Britany is also a house parent for New Beginnings Youth Homes where she assists young ladies who have aged out of the foster care system to be successful in society with skills to make it in life.  

Pastor Caleb comes to us as a graduate from John Brown University; he is married to his wife Meghan who teaches in the Bentonville Public School System.  Caleb's call to be a youth pastor isn't a temporary or stepping up calling; he is prepared and working in this capacity for the long haul; it's what he wants to do in ministry.  He looks for practical ways to connect with students showing them a relationship with Jesus is real, powerful and necessary.   His teaching style directly connects a student to the message of the gospel and his life points the student to a daily life with the Lord in His presences.   

Shelly is Pastor Bill's daughter and no one keeps Word of Life moving forward more than she does.  Shelly focuses on the daily operations of the church while maintaining the church finances and records.  Shelly has a heart of worship and prayer with a strong prophetic gifting.
